About Us
IWe have construction experience of more than 50 years. We have constructed many of New Delhi and NCR's landmark buildings. Also our construction activities have fanned to many neighbouring states. The buildings undertaken by us have withstood the test of time and the quality of workmanship is in evidence, even today. We have a large clientele of satisfied Government, Semi- Government and Private organizations. We have undertaken and successfully completed construction of many Government housing schemes, private housing projects, schools, colleges, hospitals, office buildings, factory buildings and industrial sheds involving heavy fabrication work.

Our Journey In Construction began in 1960's under the guidance of Late Shri Joginder Singh Gujral under the name of Jeewan Builders over the years our name has seen many changes from Jiwan Builders to Jiwan Builders Contracts however the commitment to the craft and vision remains.

Our guide is our Senior Management Partner Mr. Harcharan Singh Gujral has a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has been in the construction business since 1973 and has been responsible for construction of many landmark projects. He is also an Economics Honors graduate from the, Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi. Other businesses that have been promoted by Mr. Gujral are M/s Designs & Details in the business of furniture manufacture and M/s HKR Holdings in the Business of Real Estate Management, Guest House services, Golfing Products and Sports Simulators.
The onsite Project Co-ordination and execution is managed by Mr. Ramneek Singh Gujral is a BSc in Business Administration from IILM, New Delhi (affiliated to University of Bradford, U.K.), he also holds a MSc from FORE School of Management, (affiliated to Nottingham Trent University U.K). He has 20 year construction experience and has been notalbally associated with the Honda Scooters and Israeli Embassy project among others. -

Jiwan Builders Contracts Infra LLP is a reputed construction company in northern India, it is engaged in civil, structural and other allied services with associated equipments & specialist contracting support. At JCBI Safety has always been the first and has been integrated into all work practices. Based on our extensive experience, we have also developed safety standards that form a comprehensive Environmental and Safety management system applicable to all our projects. Site, work and operations management at all levels have a particular important role in maintaining standards in view of the hazardous working environment under their control. Every JBCI subcontractor and partner is asked to adopt our safety Policy. Our safety policy ensures:
Mandatory deputation of safety in charge at each construction site.
Proactive measures to prevent mishaps at site, covering regular safety training, safety inspection directly under the project in charge at project sites. -
The Management understands that the Q.C. activities in order to be truly effective has to ensure a progressively improve and uniform quality work. Experience gained over years indicate that "Process Control" is essential in building construction to ensure that work in different phases is executed in a predetermined manner and laid down in specifications. In order to achieve the above, among other things, availability of adequately equipped technical staff for exercising quality control, periodical appraisal of quality for effecting possible improvement is provided for by the company.
